How the day runs
Tickets and lunch from 12 noon, with the draw at 3 PM and the auction to follow. Come for lunch, grab your syndicate, stay for the draw and the bidding, and stick around to see whose horse gets up.
The Calcutta is the Sunday before the big one โ Melbourne Cup Day itself is Tuesday 3 November. Draw your horse, form a syndicate, and cheer it home on the day.

Share platters can be booked in advance โ give the club a ring on (02) 6782 7249.
Syndicates
Nobody wins a Calcutta on their own. Round up your mates, your family, the bloke you drink with on a Friday โ get your syndicates together.
Tickets are available from 12 noon, ahead of the draw, so you can sort your crew out over lunch before the bidding starts.
Bigger group, better shout when your horse romps in. The club will help you sort it out on the day.
